10 Minutes a Day to Change Your Life: How to Overcome Your Anxiety, Steady Your Relationships, and Bring Clarity to What’s Next in Your Career

With a daily 10-minute practice, everything changed.

If you’re here, you’ve probably tried a lot, too. Therapy. Supplements. The walks. The journaling. Maybe you’ve read the books. Some of it helped – for a while.

This isn’t another one of those. I’m going to share exactly what I did – how I just wanted a little calm, and in turn, my anxiety settled into a steady baseline, my relationships started improving right away, and where I wanted to go next in my career came into focus. And I want to show you how you can do the same.

What this practice creates

What’s in the “bag”

A simple 10-minute practice – the one that, if you actually do it, builds toward:

  • A mind that actually feels calm, not constantly on alert
  • Steadier relationships
  • Feeling good in your own body
  • Real direction – not bouncing from one thing to the next, but knowing what to do, when, and why it works
  • A sense that your life has real direction and meaning – through your career, your community, or simply how you show up each day

None of that happens in one evening. Creating meaningful change in your life doesn’t happen in 75 minutes; but it also doesn’t need much. It starts with something small enough to actually do – and that’s what’s waiting for you on the 24th.

Where to actually start

You’ve been building the roof before shoring up the foundation

You’ve tried to meditate. Journal. Think your way into calm. And your mind just keeps spiraling anyway. That’s not you doing it wrong – that’s the sign you started in the wrong place.

You want the healthy relationships, full of real understanding and respect. You want work that feels like it matters. You want to actually enjoy your life without the guilt hiding behind it. Those aren’t wrong things to want – they’re exactly the right things. But you can’t build any of that on a nervous system that’s still running on overdrive. That’s decorating the upstairs before the cracks in the foundation are even patched.

Discipline and consistency were never a mindset problem. They’re a nervous system problem – you need a nervous system steady enough to actually hold a habit before any habit has a real shot at sticking.

That’s where we start. Not with the relationships, the career, or the calm you’re chasing directly – with the foundation everything else has to stand on.

This is for you if

This is for you if

  • Your life looks fine from the outside looking in, but on the inside, you feel a deep frustration that doesn’t seem to let up – no matter what you do
  • The second someone else needs something from you, you’re already there. The second it’s just you counting on you, you’re the one who gets sacrificed – every time.
  • You check with everyone else before you trust your own read on things
  • You want to be able to say no without feeling guilty about it for the rest of the day
  • You want steadiness to be your baseline – not managing, not coping, not white-knuckling, just steady

You’re not in crisis. Not really. You have a real level of stability, and you already know that. What you don’t understand is why you can’t actually enjoy it. And underneath, that gap can rear up and feel like a crisis – even in the quiet moments when you know it isn’t.

What becomes possible

What becomes possible

Sarah Day-Boodhoo outside in her garden

When your nervous system is unstable, it shows up as exhaustion. As anxiety. As a stress you can’t quite explain, even when nothing’s technically wrong. And expressed as anger, frustration, or withdrawal.

And as long as that instability is running the show, everything else stays out of reach – the life you actually want, relationships that feel steady instead of exhausting, days that feel full of drive and purpose instead of just getting through them.

The foundation has to be stable first. Everything else builds from there.

“It becomes as automatic as breathing.” – Sarah Day-Boodhoo

What you’ll experience in 75 minutes

Three shifts in one evening

From not knowing why nothing’s worked to real clarity on what’s actually been running underneath it
From carrying a tension you don’t have a name for to feeling, even briefly, what steady actually feels like in your body
From having no clear next step to walking out with one concrete practice already in hand

Sound familiar?

If you’ve ever thought…

  • I can’t seem to stick with anything long enough for it to actually last.
  • I love my people, and I still snap at them.
  • I’m good at my job and I don’t know why I dread it.
  • I try to hold it all together, but inside it feels chaotic.

…this evening is for you.

Don’t miss this if

You’re done with another tip, another tool, another trick

  • You’ve tried the tools and still feel stuck underneath
  • You’re tired of managing symptoms and want actual, real, and lasting change
  • Your relationships, your career, or feeling deeply connected to your own life (or all three) have quietly felt off for a while

This isn’t for you if you’re in the middle of a mental health crisis right now. If that’s you, please reach out to a crisis line, a therapist, or someone you trust today – that’s exactly the right place to start, and I want you supported there first.

I didn’t set out to overcome anxiety. Honestly, I didn’t even think of myself as anxious – I thought that was just how most people lived. What I actually wanted was to feel less frustrated, to stop snapping at my family so quickly, to not feel angry all the time. I didn’t expect a 10-minute practice to change any of that. I was desperate, and felt like I had very little to lose. That little practice opened up an entirely new way of living – and that’s what I want to share with you.

Today I’ve taught nearly 4,000 hours of yoga. I’m an ICF-certified health and life coach, and a Reiki practitioner. But none of that is why this works. What works is that I’ve lived every part of what I teach – I’m not describing a theory, I’m sharing what got me out.

Why this works when other things haven’t

This works with toning your nervous system, not around it

Medication, supplements, walks, journaling, the apps – most of what you’ve tried helps in the moment. That’s real. It’s just not the same as toning your nervous system so your baseline itself becomes steady and calm.

This isn’t about adding one more thing to your list. It’s a 10-minute daily practice that works with toning your nervous system so your baseline becomes steady and calm – which is why it touches anxiety, relationships, and career clarity all at once. They’re not separate. Same root.

“I finally get why nothing else stuck. This wasn’t a discipline problem.” – an attendee, after a live session

No teaser. No cliffhanger.

You get the whole thing tonight

I’m going to walk you through the exact steps I used that changed everything for me – and that have been shifting the lives of the women I’ve worked with ever since. You’ll leave with the exact process, ready to start the next morning.

  • Step-by-step process – exactly what I did to shift everything in my life
  • Clarity on why what you’ve tried in the past didn’t work
  • Simplicity – something to come back to, even on your hardest days

This practice is one piece of a much bigger picture – but it’s the piece everything else depends on.

What to actually expect

What this practice can – and can’t – do

What it can do: Give your nervous system a daily signal of safety it isn’t currently getting. Interrupt the loop before it turns into a spiral. Build the baseline everything else stands on.

What it can’t do: Replace therapy if you’re working through trauma. Fix a relationship by itself. Undo twenty years of bracing in one sitting.

Knowing the difference is what makes this work. Expecting it to do something it was never built for is what makes anything feel like it “stopped working.”

This isn’t just another workshop.

You don’t need another tip.

You don’t need one more tool to add to a list you’re already too tired to keep up with.

Ten minutes a day. That’s what creates traction that actually holds.

That’s what this evening gives you.

Common questions

What you might be wondering

What if I’ve never done anything like this before?

This works for everyone – from those who’ve tried it all to those just starting to look for real solutions. You don’t need any experience with coaching, or anything like this. Just show up with a little curiosity and an open heart.

Is this actually free?

Yes. No card required to register. At the end, I’ll share how to go deeper if it feels right – no pressure either way.

What if I’m already in therapy?

Wonderful. This doesn’t replace therapy – they do different things. Many women find them complementary.

Do I need to have my camera on?

No, it’s perfectly fine to keep your camera off. That said, I’ve found that the women who engage fully tend to get the most out of it – if you can be fully present for the full 75 minutes, you’ll get more from it.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, and maybe a notebook if you like to jot things down.

Will there be a replay?

This one is live only, so I’d reserve your spot on the calendar now.
